中心简介

广州市汇智蓝天国际法律与商事服务中心（简称“汇智蓝天”），是广州市首家域外法律查明服务机构。汇智蓝天是广州市法学会作为业务主管单位指导设立的非营利机构，由广州市和南沙区党政机关与北京融商一带一路商事与法律服务中心联合相关高校共同孵化的服务平台，同时打造一带一路域外法查明（广州）中心品牌，面向“走出去”企业提供一带一路跨境法律查明服务。

InteLAW GBA is the first institution in Guangzhou, P.R.China, providing applicable law ascertainment service on cross-boarder matters under the international private law regime.As a member of Guangzhou Law Society community, InteLAW GBA was jointly initiated by Guangdong & Beijing authorities and founded as a non-profit organization.

2020年9月，汇智蓝天入驻粤港澳大湾区暨一带一路（广州·南沙）法律服务集聚区，锚定服务集聚区高标准建设，营造国际一流的法治化营商环境，深入贯彻落实《广州南沙深化面向世界的粤港澳全面合作总体方案》，助力南沙打造“立足湾区、协同港澳、面向世界”的涉外法律服务示范园区。

Since September 2020, InteLAW GBA has settled in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, named as Belt and Road (Nansha, Guangzhou) Legal Services Cluster as well, endeavoring to accelerate benchmark cluster with legal service accumulation and establish a model commercial regime with sound governance and good law from international perspectives. With the above as our mission, InteLAW GBA strives for the foothold Nansha, collaborating with Hong Kong & Macao, to grow into a demonstration platform for the world with high-standard open-up outlook.
